I would not recommend living here. Management was fairly good with communication in the beginning of the year but got progressively worse as the year went on. They also do not abide to the lease. This place is just yet another greedy system that at the end of the day cares more about money than their tenets. For example, there were 3 noise complaints filed against my upstairs neighbors. The lease states that the 3rd noise complaint will result in eviction. That never happened. Furthermore, the same upstairs tenets housed a guest for over a month and did not let management know; after I brought it to management’s attention, they added the guest to the lease even though the lease ALSO states that a tenet can’t house a guest for 14 consecutive days. Management does not hold their tenets accountable for months of constant infringements that severely affect surrounding tenets.
Another issue that occurred during my time here was a mouse problem caused by another tenet’s indolence for leaving trash in the hallway. Overall, like other reviews have noted, the walls are INSANELY thin. So if you want to hear every conversation and noise your neighbors make then this is the place for you, especially if you wanna pay a ridiculously...
Read moreIt was relatively safe with the key fobs, except there were a good four days in which my boyfriend didn't even need a key to get in the first door. The maintenance and such would arrive very quickly and were very helpful, as well as the managers. However, I lived by the garage and it was miserable. It was incredibly loud throughout the day and night. In addition, the walls are INCREDIBLY THIN, so I had to buy and weak earplugs due to my upstairs neighbors. It has been so loud my roommate and I almost called the cops because it was giving us scary ideas of what may be happening. We also had to move in late because of the people who lived there before, but when we requested to move out a few days later, they decided to give priority to those moving in after us. Based on the fact that we paid $950 dollars a month for a small two bedroom (now it will be $1,000 a month which is why it is especially unbearable to spend that much to live here), I would expect a little more understanding. Anyway, I personally would not recommend. I had a better experience with my house last year and much preferred Vantage apartment...
Read moreThis was a nice building to live in, and the apartments were relatively nice. The building is very safe and has cameras everywhere. The biggest drawback for me personally with how thin the walls are if you have loud neighbors, you will hear anything and everything under the sun. It was so bad I had to make multiple noise complaints against them, but nothing changed. If you choose to live here, I would suggest only living in a fourth floor apartment otherwise forget having a good night sleep or any moments of peace and quiet. I bought ear plugs and not even noise canceling headphones can truly block out the noise. I do think the people around me were abnormally loud but if the walls and flooring weren’t so thin I probably...
