I was wanting to have a beanie embroidered. On November 15, Mallory told me on a Facebook group that she could do it the next day. On November 17, I ordered a beanie and placed a separate order with some clothing. She refunded me the shipping for the beanie so I assumed all the items would ship together. On November 29, I checked on my order and was told it was stuck in production. On December 11, I received the clothing I ordered without the beanie. The pants I ordered had an extremely strong formaldehyde smell. I couldn’t have them In the house so I figured I would just let them air outside for a while. I asked when the beanie would ship and was told there was an issue with the embroiderer and it was delayed but would go out that week. That was Wednesday, December 11. The next Monday I reached out to her about the pants because the chemical smell was so overwhelming it was giving me a headache. I asked her if she had any suggestions on how to get the smell out. I let the pants air outside for several days, pre-soaked them overnight, washed them & let them air out again, washed them AGAIN and the smell was still overwhelmingly strong. It’s obvious the pants are cheap and were sprayed with insane amounts of formaldehyde. I also reached out again about the beanie again and got a different story and an even longer shipping date but no estimated delivery date. Considering she told me on Facebook she would do the beanie for me, I was mislead and didn’t realize all she did was design it and have someone else make it along with the pants which were also delayed. The only solution she offered was for me to return the beanie once I receive it and to return the pants ONLY if the tag is still on, which isn’t possible considering I had to wash them to attempt to get the horrible smell out. Terrible customer service from a small business owner. I finally received the beanie over a month later and the backing of the embroidery is sloppy. Picture below. I would stay away from ordering here because the clothing are not of good quality and you will be waiting a while...
Read moreI was recently there on Saturday with my cousin, we both came in the store together at the same time WITH each other. The staff immediately sparked up conversation, stated the item she picked was cute, full on conversation. I tried on a sweater and went to show her and they said “oh thats cute” very dry even though i was never looking for them to give an opinion. I ended up only getting a pair of socks because I did not want to make a bigger purchase due to the less than appealing interactions with the staff, even the sock purchase was dry, not welcoming, it was almost as if I was not suppose to be there. When my cousin gets to the counter, the same girl shows all 32 teeth smiling happy AND tells my cousin about the rewards program and claimed she “forgot” to let me know. My cousin saw this whole thing and I let her know once we left that I have ALWAYS looked in their window and saw plenty of cute things I wanted but never went in the store due to the fact that I KNEW it would be a weird interaction and my intuition didn’t disappoint…....
