I have been going to Ou for nearly two years. I am always greeted by Rob with a smile or a fantastic story. Vann is who I usually see, but the other members of the team are just as excellent. They all listen to their customers. You delight is obviously their priority.
The space is clean. They are mindful of the products they use and their environmental impact. They seem to be excellent to their employees and function as a team.
