Little Pete's Restaurant with outdoor dining. Inside is full bar. Booths, tables. Excellent food! Not a better hamburger in Philly. Fresh ground sirloin. Building has been upgraded and a great spot to live. 2 block a from Museum of Art. Fairmount Park is your yard. Klein Bros deli is awesome. Pharmacy. Great place to have Breakfast, Lunch or dinner.
