Where do I start when it cokes to this place. My fiance and I were looking for a florist for our upcoming wedding in June. We reached out to this place because we wanted to support a local business in our community. We are born and raised in Souht Philly so it made sense for us. Well I regret ever contacting them. We spoke to what seemed like a nice women over the phone about what our needs were for our wedding. She seemed professional (at the time), she assued us that we would be getting a quote from her by the end of the week. We spoke to her on a Monday, so it was realistic to have to wait a few days for a quote. Well that was 3 weeks ago!!! I called back the week after just to see if I missed an email on my end. The same women we spoke to told me that they have been very busy with orders and that I was on the list with a few other people that needed quotes sent to them. Now at this point I'm a little leary and not sure why it would take this long to get a quote but I let it go. As of today I have still not recieved anything from them nor have a recieved a phone call explaining why we still have not gotten our quote. I am not sure how this place stays in business. I'm assuming that they are so busy that they don't need our business or even care. Customer service these days is non existent and people truly don't care about their reputation. Living in South Philadelphia suburbs passing the local __ fill in the blank is part of the deal that comes with residency in this section of the city and the state. Been using this florist for years. Especially on Valentine's Day. I have always sent my special lady beautiful roses. However, this year I sent her carnations, because these are her favorites. I was unsure about this because I always felt that roses are what a guy is supposed to send. So I asked Kathy to make up a nice arrangement of carnations and explained that I was unsure about this for valentines day. So, I want to say thank you for the effort!
