I don't even know where to start, Bri made our wedding at Water Works absolutely magical. She's extremely talented, I can't even put into words how grateful I am that I was able to work with her. She was patient with me throughout our planning process and all of the tweaks along the way. Her communication and attention to detail is unmatched. She truly brought my vision to life, it was even more gorgeous than I could have even imagined. The floating candles in the large pillars were just unbelievable. Everyone was commenting about how lush and vibrant all of our florals were. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space were just stunning. I couldn't have dreamt of anything more, Bri really blew me away. Thank you SO much for the sprigs on the plates and greenery around the welcome sign. It added an extra touch and was just beautiful. Please send our gratitude to your team, everyone was just lovely.
There aren't words to express how thankful I truly am. The compliments from guests just keep coming as well.

Read moreFew days before my last stop at Robertson’s, I happened to purchase a tray at HomeSense, and then saw that exact same tray at Robertson’s. Only difference: The price I paid at HomeSense was $12.99. The price for the exact same tray at Robertson’s was $72. I took a photo so I could compare the item number at home to be 100% certain, and yes, it was the exact same item (see uploaded photos). I also noticed that several photo frames at Robertson’s are the exact same ones as at HomeSense and HomeGoods. Thus, my recommendation to you: Only buy from Robertson’s if you want to pay significantly more for the same than at any subsidiaries of TJX Companies. The other somewhat disappointing experience at Robertson’s is that every time I buy something, they make a fuss about payment method. Read moreI made an order with days in advance to Valentine’s Day to make sure everything would go smoothly. I was traveling internationally and would land late on Valentine’s Day. I was hoping to get home and find my wife with her flowers in hand. When I arrived, there were no flowers, and when I tried to call them, they were already closed. Then I found an email from them from 4PM on Valentine’s Day (!!!) - I landed after 5pm - saying they had a question about my order. What could they possibly want to know that was not already there in the order in their system for several days?!? They had my address, product, and it had been paid for. I got several emails, including an order confirmation email, but no questions until 1 hour before they close on the day they’re supposed to deliver. I paid premium price for the flower arrangement and delivery (north of $100) and got nothing....
