Here's how you could say this in American English: "The quality of the food is awful; it’s impossible to eat. The chicken bites are a rubbery substance made from some kind of byproducts, definitely not real chicken. The French fries were dried out and had an unpleasant smell, like they had been sitting around for a long time. Instead of throwing them away, the cashier decided to serve me this garbage. I’m beyond outraged and want the company's managers to pay attention to the quality of their products and how their employees are handling things. You're feeding people, not animals! I'm really disappointed and will never shop there again."

I use this Wawa all the time. And this morning I went in to get my son a icee before his doctor's appointment. $2.39, the employee told me that exact amount and my card was charged an additional 4.80 for two orange juices which I did not purchase I don't even drink orange juices. So she must have scanned them while I was inserting my card to pay what I was told was $2.39. I am furious. As a single mom every penny matters and for an employee to do that, I don't think so. And of course the store won't do anything about it.

It Wawa, I go there to get $1 coffees or food cuz it close. Food wise it’s ok, cuz it looks like roll wasn’t fresh when I got mine. It wasn’t hard or stale. Just didn’t taste as fresh. Price wise it’s ok I like it that you can customize ur sub comparing to store brand and it’s cheaper over subway.

The staff here is excellent. I wish I had caught his name, but the tall guy with curly hair on register (was here around 6am, today is Saturday) went above and beyond in making sure I got what I wanted without my having to even ask. In fact, I wasn’t even sure what I wanted and he simply started talking to me and in a moments time had me figured out as someone who hates to ask for things or “bother” people. I can’t honestly say the last time I’ve had such a kind, genuine connection with someone who works in customer service (which is pretty damn sad but that’s corporate america for ya..). The manager was settling in as I was leaving and I got the sense that she holds the staff to a high standard while maintaining their respect and loyalty, which I know from experience is extremely difficult to do.. This company is not easy to work for, and I frankly hated it and quit after two months. But my experience here today makes me wonder if I was simply at a poorly run location with managers who simply didn’t care about anyone but themselves and how they appeared to the company.

Who would have thought that in an area of NEast Philly that’s constantly on high alert due to crime sprees you might find the kind of customer experience that leaves you feeling valued as a person..? I’m very impressed. And will gladly return to...

I basically live in wawa,in the morning, afternoon and even sometimes at night. Its very convienent, has breakfast, lunch and dinner, all types of coffee, hot or cold. All different types of food. The worker's there are amazing, very friendly, helpful, and after a while they start knowing you by your name and what you normally order and how you like certain things made. Mornings are very busy time there but line does move fast. It's right on a main street so very easy to see, find, or find it will basically jump out on you lol. Prices are reasonable with everything and can make it a 1 stop shop for a few thing's you may need if you may have forgot anything in the grocery store. It's wheelchair accessible, for those in need. Has handicap parking also.this is why I...

Friendly staff. Good products. Only downside is when they are out of the items that they bake on site. They (Wawa) should let you order baked items such as the stuffed pretzels on the order screen and just put a warning on the screen letting the customer know how long it will take and then ask "are you sure you want to continue your order of this item?" or something like that. Because there have been times when I have asked the workers in the deli department if it was possible to order them and they usually say yes but it takes about 5 minutes but normally when you go to Wawa if you are craving a certain item, then you don't mind waiting...
