It’s obvious that previous reviews are from her family and friends because she is the worst hairstylist I’ve ever been to in my life. I did not get what I asked for so I was given a discount instead. However, I would have much rather paid someone full price to do the style I actually wanted for my daughter’s graduation ceremony. If something was unclear she should have asked to see a picture or simply said “sorry but I don’t know how to do that style.” The parts in my daughter’s head are all slanted, crooked, and uneven. I never saw such sloppy work from a “professional” before. I thought that I would have an awesome experience because Ayana a.k.a “Quoia” is the owner but I was wrong. It’s also obvious that she does not like styling children’s hair and lacks patience (hence why my daughter’s hair looked the way it did). When my daughter was crying she pretended to hand me a tissue for her and purposely let the tissue fall into my already in distress child’s lap out of frustration. I tried to compromise with Ayana by telling her an easy way that she could fix the style to my liking. Ayana said that she knew how to do what I was asking for but did not feel like doing it because my daughter was crying. My daughter is not the problem she’s been going to the hair salon for 3 years and other stylists have done amazing work on her head. I was going to let Ayana style my hair had she done a good job with my daughter but it’s safe to say that I will never go back to that place again or recommend someone else go there. She should be lucky that my child was sitting in that chair and I did not want to scare my baby by acting a fool. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this hair salon and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, setting the tone for an amazing visit.

What really made this salon stand out was the incredible stylist Ayana, tha I had the pleasure of working with. From the initial consultation, it was clear that she had a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her field. She took the time to listen attentively to my desires and concerns, and then offered valuable suggestions and recommendations based on my hair type.

Throughout the entire process, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her skill and precision were evident.

The end result exceeded all my expectations! I walked out of the salon feeling like a brand new person, completely in love with my hair. I constantly receive compliments from family, friends, and strangers.

Ayana was extremely friendly and accommodating, offering beverages and making sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire process.
