I didn't plan on stopping by the store or making any purchases; however, when I saw the fine dressed brother with the hat modeling outside the store. I said let me check it out. The owner was amazing in customer service. He didn't try any jingles or mascots and instead he impressed me with his passion for the profession, subject matter expertise and overall SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE was on full display and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND as it is unlike the usual KoP experience. #REAL TALK. His customer service skills and expertise was on full display. He was very knowledgeable and more importantly, he made sure that my experience was a good one. That is a skillset that can't be taught... either you got it or you don't and he got it. Thank you Brother and I wish you overflowing blessings. Happy...

Where do I begin? The store itself it centrally located and easily accessible. The outside of the store gives class and sophistication. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by all of the staff in the store. The inside of the store was gorgeous and smelled amazingly! It was stocked up , yet everything was neat and presented well, while easy to find. My orders were ready, assembled neatly and was accurate. Despite only coming to pick up orders I began shopping again lol Now let's get into the customer service! I was offered water, coffee, tea, wine and or whatever I liked. I was offered assistance, but also given space to take my time to shop and enjoy my experience. It truly was an experience shopping CasuaLuxury. Once I was finished shopping he even offered to walk me to my car to assist with my bags. I have never felt more valued as a customer, I recommend that everyone gets down here and experience CasuaLuxury...

Horrible experience with this business. Went for a consultation on March 25th paid a deposit on $1800 prom dress which I had no problem with, we were promised 3 fitting total and only got one on May 18th...the day before prom! The dress needed much work to be done, it did not fit properly, the rhinestones appeared to have a gold tint and they were supposed to be silver ( which he called 3 days before prom saying he thought the dress was supposed to be black😳)and to top it all off, my daughter and her 3 friends had the exact same bottom train/piece. Where's the customization in that... I would NEVER recommend or even consider them for anything ever again. I paid $1000 for the dress in the end ecause was no way he was...
