Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Philadelphia

GHETTO (my VS store looks very classy and beautiful, the employees are dressed very nice, and their hair and makeup is done beautifully) THIS pink (vs) store looks like trash, the store was trashed, the employees look ghetto NEVER AGAIN!!!! The hispanic store manager acts like the returns come out of her pocket. I didn't have all of my receipt, but i had a receipt from another item i purchased right after I bought the item I was trying to return. Instead of them looking up my transaction by using the TRANSACTION number I HAD TO CALL CORPORATE, i finally got my transaction numbers, and they STILL told me i need the STORE NUMBER (which was them), REGISTER number, TIME, DATE, etc.... IF i didnt have this information i would have LOST $60, she tried to give me $40 credit for a $140 outfit...I got what i needed after leaving the store driving 20 minutes away then driving back!!! Went to this location today and I was not impressed. There was no greeting at all. And then after walking into employees a couple of times they still didn’t say anything. I had items in my hand an no one offered me basket or anything. Finally I gave up and took my items to the register and left. The cashier was okay. She asked me twice who helped me and I said no one. What is up with the culture of customer service here? Walked in and passed by workers yet wasn’t greeted or even spoken to and the store wasn’t busy. Spent $73.44, not told about any promotions at all, walked out and saw a tiny promo sign I missed coming in the other entrance saying when you spend $75 you get a $15 rewards card.
