This was the perfect experience from beginning to end. The website is informative & easy to navigate with great pictures & info. Jesse was helpful & knowledgeable on the phone when we called about buying a used pool table. When we went to the shop on N Cave Creek Jason, the owner, was patient & extremely informative. He explained to us how they inspect all the used tables they buy & replace the bumpers & felt to order. Our purchase included everything you need to play a game - 4 cues, bridge, triangle, balls, chalk & storage rack. He even gave us directions to lunch. Our cover & table were ready in less time than quoted & at a great price. Jesse & Emilio, the delivery team, were unbelievable. They literally built our table from the ground up on location. They level, smooth & seal the slate & attach the felt, pockets & bumpers. They were a well choreographed, professional team with obvious experience, plus they couldn't have been any nicer. Just got my consignment check from Beck's Billiards, and I could not be happier with the experience. It was time to sell my pool table, and I browsed craigslist to see what I could get for it. It seemed like too much hassle, and I didn't think I could get as much as I wanted for the table if I sold it myself.

I called Beck's after doing a little bit of online research and asked about consigning the table. Jason was completely up front about the whole process. He told me exactly how many tables he sells and what my probable timeline would be for selling mine. He came by later that week to check out the table, and took it away that day. His sales estimate was exact. As soon as the table sold Jason called me up to confirm my address, and sent me a check.

Despite agreeing over text (with photos) to buy my pool table and rack, cues, chalk and holder, and other accessories for $500, they arrived, said they didn’t actually want it and would do me the favor of taking it for $200 because it needed new bumpers and pockets according to them. I was in an incredibly stressful situation as I had a new piano in the middle of my dining room waiting for the pool table to be moved. I felt pressured to agree to the $200 but they did take the pool table. While disassembling it they were rude about the way it had been put together even though it had been done by professionals. Finally, they didn’t clean up after themselves, leaving felt scraps and a handful of staples all over my floor for my dogs and small children to find. I feel taken advantage of and incredibly disappointed. I do not recommend...
