I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re craving authentic, flavorful Vietnamese food, especially pho, this restaurant is a must-visit. The pho here is absolutely amazing—the broth is rich, aromatic, and clearly slow-cooked to perfection. Every spoonful is packed with deep, savory flavor that’s hard to find anywhere else.

I ordered the chicken pho with a side of veggies (carrots, cabbages, broccoli and bok choy) added, my staple. The noodles had the perfect texture, and the plate of herbs and add-ins (basil, lime, sprouts, jalapeños) was generous and super fresh. It’s the kind of bowl that warms your soul.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations. Service was quick and attentive, and the place itself is clean, cozy, and has a relaxed vibe.

New Owners! WOW. Thank you to Kim and her staff. I was there this past Monday. This establishment is the new bench mark for Phó in the Phoenix Metro. I am from San Jose CA and LOVE Phó. I have lived here for over 4 years and have been on a quest for a bowl of Phó that is at least near as good as the Phó in San Jose and Garden Grove. After trying over a dozen of the supposedly 'best' Phó Cafe's in the entire valley, my quest is finally over! None of the other Phó shops that had good reviews were even close to this for me. This place is about as good as it gets and on a par with the best in San Jose, which is saying a lot. I had the Phó ga, Shrimp Spring rolls both excellent. I love Viet Bites! The food is always amazing. Kim is the best and all the servers are super friendly. The pho is consistently delicious and filling. There are so many good options to pick from. The curry is super hearty and flavorful. The wings are super crispy and flavorful. Their spring rolls are perfection; even the fried tofu ones are really good. The egg rolls are also delicious. I’ve had both the pork and the tofu & veggie egg rolls. They are fantastic! They’re served piping hot and crispy with umami fish sauce, green leaf lettuce and mint.
