Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

Giovanni,.. you're a douche bag😑. I ordered a crave box, stoked about how much came in it. I noticed on the sign that the cheese gordita crunch had sour cream i asked if he could take it off. he says rudely "it doesn't come with sour cream". I mention i see in the sign it does, he says "neither taco have sour cream on them"... I say "ooook" then complete my order and get home. All excited i start chowing on the gordita crunch aaand i get a mouth full of sour cream...... soo i go bunny style and eat the lettuce cheese n shells, i just got off work n hadnt eaten since noon so im eating it however i can around sour cream i hate.I eat the fiery taco but first bite was soggy so i barely ate it, tasted strange..I take a giant bite into the burrito and guess what oozes out!!??? Giovanni!Ugh, kid, do u hate me?Why u gotta spite me with throwing sour cream in everything i can't see inside, ass wipe. U knew i said no sour cream on the taco when i ordered so u put it on everyting? Making my food unedible to me.If u don't know the answer to a question tell customer to hold on and ask.But the one edible kinda edible taco🌮💔& baja blast was delicous and filled me like i had hoped( complete sacrasm)😑.I live in walking distance, but as u can tell i will not be back here..

Yep i took the time to write that. I worked a long ass day and was hungry and was barely able to eat one thing i ordered👎👎 btw something tasted super funky on that fire taco and i feel kinda weird after eating it. If i keep feeling sick i will go to the ER and see what the hell u gave me to eat. U had one...

Went to order in the drive through and the lady ended up charging me for an extra combo meal. And missing part of my order. This is the second time I've gone here and this is the second time they've messed up and forgot things. So what should've been $25 turned into $44. I was wondering why it was so high and I got home and checked the receipt and checked the bag and saw how I was overcharged and the extra combo meal they added, they forgot half the items. And the Baja Blast zero sugar was flat and was as if they ran out the syrup in the machine. Wtf? Normally I use the app to make sure I get what I want without having to hear "is that it?" After every menu item. And this just solidified why I hate ordering at the drive through, because half the stuff isn't put in right. But to have this many problems is a lot. And there's no way to leave a satisfaction survey on their website or app. Otherwise I would've used that instead of Google maps to leave a review. And I freaking love Taco Bell, so I guess I'll have to find a different one that doesn't mess up the only 2 times I've ever been to this location. So I had ordered two grilled cheese burritos for $12 on 4-17-24 my order was completely messed up and I was given the complete wrong order from an Uber eats delivery which was dollar menu food.. I contacted this location and I talked to one of the managers who said she would put my name in the office and as I pulled up I was told my name was not in the office, given tons of attitude from the night manager I assume and I was also given insider information that the manager who was there at 8:50pm on 4/21/24 that she did not believe me and thought I was full of it when I went to pick up my order that they messed up even when I constantly repeated that I would show the screenshot of the receipt in the order that was messed up with the time and date they wanted nothing to do with it. So I am reposting this review because I don't play little kid games. Fix the attitude it's piss poor, assuming I'm a criminal instead of admitting you messed up.
