Las Glorias Mexican Seafood — Restaurant in Phoenix

Horrible!!!!!!!!! We didn't even have a waitress, The manager asked the dishwasher to wait our tables. She didn't speak any English, never made eye contact with us, and repeated our order 4 times because she never wrote it down. We received our food and it was NOT worth the price at all!!!! Disgusting !!!! I was on my lunch break and tried to eat some of it because I was so hungry but I couldn't stomach it. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas, which had chiles and salsa inside them. It was horrible. We asked for more chips and salsa because I wasn't going to eat the food. The 2nd bowl of salsa didnt even taste like the 1st one, it was spoiled. I just walked up to the manager and asked if I could pay, I explained everything and she goes, " Well I can discount your meal by $9.00. I told her I would never come back and I am giving them a bad review !" She asked what was wrong with the food, I explained and she goes, " Well you should of told the waitress you didn't want salsa inside the enchiladas." I explained that the "waitress" was not a waitress, which the Manager clarified she wasn't. I told her it was my first time at the location and how was I suppose to know if the menu didn't give a detailed description . I just paid and...

We went to eat there last night, I had never been there and wanted some seafood, so we stopped at this place. I should have known that it wasn’t a good spot because no cars were in the parking lot.

I ordered a michilada and some scallops tostadas, the michilada was plain no flavor. The food was ok kind of plain as well. The real reason for this post is because the waitress that served us was so unprofessional. This lady NEVER checked on us, when it came time to pay I had to go look for the waitress because she was on the phone. Then I asked if I could pay and she told the person on the phone she would call her back because she had the lady on speaker. She hung up and the lady called right back as we walked to the register, the waitress stopped attending me and walked back to get her cellphone and ANSWERED IT! She continued to talk to her while checking us out. Her tips was two dollars for the two times she went to our table, one to take the beer and food.

Worst service ever!! Not only that but the food was all cold.

Going into detailed of the whole experience--

--Party of 6, waited in the front to be seated for 10 minutes, wasnt until we went to the cashier and asked if we just sit ourselves. The cashier expressed a face of us being stupid asking the question and said "well technically you can sit yourself whenever you want to, but if you want i can sit you" ... keep in mind, no clean tables were available reason why didnt we just sat down. Waiter took forever to place orders and get food to us, also drinks. Food orders were placed wrong, so we also didn't get what expected and what we did get it was all cold and i truly mean very very cold. In all reality I've been here previously and it was a similar experience, never going here again. Not worth your...
