Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Phoenix

This is the 3rd time in the last 6 months that I have shown up at this Dairy Queen and they have closed early... I just called them on the phone 15 minutes ago and asked them, "if they were open until 9 o'clock;" because I needed to pick up an ice cream cake and they said, "that they were." I showed up there at 8:50 and they're gone; 10 minutes before they close.. I mean there wasn't even anybody there; inside, getting ready to leave; they were already gone at 10 minutes to 9pm. Like I said, this wasn't the 1st time; this was the 3rd time in 6 months.. So I'm curious if the manager knows about this or if so; maybe the general manager or the district manager should be informed.. I mean I understand their could have possibly been an emergency or such with an employee who needed to leave early perhaps, but if that was the case; then why has this been a...

Says they close at 9 and they’re close at 8:40pm…I just drove over here because it says they close at NINE not 8:30.. not 8:40.. so you guys just missed out on a big sale and a future family customer cuz I don’t accept that kind of garbage I’ll make sure everybody I know doesn’t come here again. You should be thankful you HAVE a business and your priority should be your customers and that’s how you treat them by closing up and ignoring me? They were probably close way before I even got here because the chairs were up and they were just finished cleaning so whoever it working there is being lazy and this management and business...

Phenomenal! The ice cream was amazing (as always) but this particular location is now my favorite. I took my autistic son out for a late night treat last night and the staff was so kind and patient as my son took his time to choose what he wanted and tried to communicate his choice (he's minimal verbal). The young gentleman at the counter was SO KIND and patient and did an AMAZING job with my son! This is definitely our new go to DQ location moving forward....
