Practical Art LLC — Attraction in Phoenix

Update: I was following up with you about this order and wanted to see if there is any hope of tracking it down.

I was in there on Monday to pick it up and the wrong print was waiting for me as a reminder.

If I could get the refund as soon as possible that would be great, unless there is another one.

I would also like to reiterate how disappointed I am that the One of a kind print from an artist I have followed for the last 20 (since I was a student in college in Chico CA) was given to someone else.

Also, I was called about 4 times to come to pick up and had a 30 min drive to get there only to be informed it was not available. The website being off on the numbers is one thing but this was a one of a kind and the issues should have been identified while the multiple calls were being made.

There is a reason this shop has lasted so long in a town where retail seems to come and go quickly. Wonderful owner and staff. Beautiful, locally made work that is in fact, quite practical for use in your home. (Great place to bring someone who loves ceramics.)
