I like the wide selection of classes. You can almost always find a class you want to join in on. I like the 2 studios and that both are nice and clean. The staff has been very friendly and welcoming and answered any questions I had. My only gripe with most yoga studio’s is always the cost. Not necessarily the actual price of the class, but that you have to use your class packs within the month. I have loved attending CorePower Yoga. The instructors have all been great--very friendly and helpful. The classes are a challenge, especially if you are not used to a heated room, but you are encouraged to take the poses as you need to in order to get stronger. I also love the upbeat music that the classes are set to; I'm not very into traditional yoga. And--I love to sweat like crazy! I always feel amazing after class. Her workouts are a guaranteed challenge and she always finds a unique way to switch up her class. She is helpful in suggesting form adjustments.
