I just called the store again since they commented me to call Dan the store manager, so I talked to Danny. Danny told me that there’s nothing they can do so I asked Danny that how come they replied my negative comment when they are not going to help me? By the way, Danny was loud and I just hang up.

I went to buy a battery for my Rock Crawler yesterday and I asked the sales guy to help me on getting a battery for my truck, I told him that I was a newbie and I was just starting this hobby, he recommended a 3S 11.1V so I bought it! I asked him are you sure this is what I need because I don’t know anything and he said yes!! When I got home I charged the battery, put it in my truck, and started running it and something blew up with smoke and everything. So this morning I called the manufacturer and I told them what happened yesterday and they told me that the battery was too strong for a newbie person, they told me to get 2S 7.4V So I just went to Duncan’s store to exchange the battery to a 2S 7.4V and the sales person told me that he can’t change the battery because the battery was fully charged.
Now I have to pay for a new battery and someone that can fix my truck dude to...

Brought it back the next day and was told to come back 2 days later to have someone else look at it. Came back 2 days later and was told it was bad and I should call their vendor and there is nothing they can do......wow.....now I know for sure I'll be shopping online from this day forward. Thanks
Thanks for the reply Byron, I appreciate it. I had no problem with your policy, in fact I agree with it. The issue I had was being told that I needed to call Horizon myself and if I hurried up and did it then I'd probably only have to wait on hold with them for 20 minutes or so....not once was there any attempt to help me on that end. It felt like like I was on my own, so rather get even more frustrated I just left, went home and ordered a replacement online.

Read moreYour "No return" policy is a lie! I asked your employee at the register before I purchased the remote if I could return it and I was told yes as long as it's in less than 24hrs. Now after I already spent my money I'm told there's no returns? That tells me that not even your own employees know your policy. Duncan's RC is NOT communicating with their staff and are lying to their customers. Also, NO I will NOT be giving you guys another chance in the future I don't want to risk getting scammed for more of my money.
Also there No Return policy is no where listed on there website. Spoke to a Dan at the store he said that No Returns is on the receipt well what good does that do you’ve already purchase the item right. He said there’s a No Return sign at the register, how visible is that? Anyways he did agree with me that it should also be on the website.
Just be careful when you shop there. I saw on previous reviews that there’s another store close to there that has cheaper prices or even If you go on line to other stores it’s cheaper. I just don’t understand how you could be in business for so long with that kind of policy...
