Workers are rude and disrespectful and no consideration for their customers. We asked what flavor an ice cream was due to it being new and we were told it was only brownie. My son proceeded to eat it and immediately began swelling and having an allergic reaction, only to realize, it had peanuts, which she did not disclose when we asked what flavor it was. They proceeded to ask us if we wanted to argue with the ice cream company or with them and that we should have asked what flavor it was, when we did, and the girl confirmed she only said brownie. We asked for a refund of a second order we had not received yet, and were not going to be able to stay to wait for it as we had not prepared for him to consume any nuts. This is sad since we have been coming here for years, and now with the younger staff, they are completely rude, argumentative, and inconsiderate. My family and I used to come her regularly but due to the nasty comments, dirty looks, arguments, & lack of accountability we will have to spend our money elsewhere. They write the orders on a paper plate please buy a note pad. The tall lady with 90s blue eye shadow always gives you attitude and treats you like you're a bother. The owner has absolutely no patience, so don't bring your kids in for ice cream. If you have any questions about the menu be prepared to get the most bland answer while being treated like a bother. We love spending our money in small business establishments to help them succeed but honestly buy a note pad, hire some mature employees, & treat everyone with respect then maybe we will consider coming back. Today was the first time i had a bad experience.. if i can see your bad attitude through your mask… thats a problem… I understand people have bad days but to take it out on paying customers is not ok.. i watched this girl at the register have an attitude with every customer before me rolling her eyes (even me) after i repeated my order.. asked for the bathroom key and she again rolled her eyes and pointed at it where it was like i was supposed to KNOW.. honestly nobody wants to go spend their money to get a bad attitude or a bad experience… please have a talk with your employees...
