Went in on saturday (9/5/2020) looking to buy a sectional. Saw 2 that were the same style but one was a lil on the pricey side. Went for the lower priced one and the guy said he didnt have any more of those BUT THAT HE DID HAVE 2 OF THE OTHER ONES IN STOCK. so i then decided to go with the other one that was 800. Final price would be 976. I told him i would come back the next day which is sunday (today 9/6/2020) to pick them up. He said ok. My husband went in today 9/6/2020 with his friend to pick them up and the guy started putting plastic around the sectional that was out for showcase in the store. Thats when my husband told him what was he doing that he wasn't taking that one that we want a new one from the ones he SUPPOSEDLY HAD IN STOCK. Husband called me to tell me this so i decided to drive up there and see what was going on. When i got there i told him why he was giving me the sectional that was in the store showing, he said that he didnt have anymore and when i told him why did he say that he had 2 IN STOCK YESTERDAY, he just said oh no dont have no more! I asked for a refund and he said ok. But we never got a sorry or some sort of reasoning as of why he was doing this. If you buy something from here make sure your not getting the things that are being showcased on the store make sure your getting the new things. Read moreI decided to go with furniture n more because I was looking for a specific coffee table that was on back order with Ashley furniture and almost any other furniture store I looked at. I called and was told that they had one in stock in their warehouse. Come to find out that (of course) they don't have any in stock after I ordered it, and I was told that it would be another couple of weeks until they would have another one in stock. This was early June. I called this store for updates every couple of weeks on the order status at least 5 or 6 times. Every time I was told it would be another "couple of weeks". I would have appreciated an honest answer from these people so I could have cancelled my order a long time ago. In October they finally told me that the shipment wasn't coming. They at least gave me my full refund without any hassle which is the only positive thing I will say about this place. I ordered the same piece from Ashley now that it's back in stock and I got a FedEx shipping label the same day, it will be here in 2 days. Would not recommend, it was a very frustrating experience.

Read moreI was very happy with the prices and delivery of the dining table and kitchen table I purchased earlier this year. However just recently noticed the top wood (maybe veneer) of the kitchen table is chipping off and leaving the light wood beneath exposed. I rarely use this table, maybe eating on it 3 times and after 5 months of owning asked for them to see about replacing the top providing pictures. I have struggled for over a month being told I have to email the pictures and explanation myself dealing directly with manufacturer. Now I am told I have to either pay delivery fees Furniture and More to come get table and they take to manufacturer or I must take it myself. I already paid delivery fees when I bought and feel the least they can do is pick it up on the way to manufacturer which my house is on their way from store. They are saying I damaged it which is not true. It is peeling in several spots never placing hot anything or harsh chemicals on it and I have had nothing but run around and no help. I am now on my own dealing with the manufacturer. I will never purchase furniture from Furniture and More again! The truth of customer service is when you need some and they don't care to...
