This is not a good Vietnamese restaurant. Two of us came for lunch and ordered spring rolls and a bowl of pho each. See my photo of how the spring rolls arrived at the table for a clear idea of the quality of this place. Bro, you delivered the rolls with them already falling apart on the plate, at no point did you think to yourself "this looks bad, I should not deliver this plate"? My Pho Tai was not good, either. The beef had a weird mushy texture and the broth tasted (and separated) like it was made with a mix and hot water. The menu seems like it's written for people who have never had Vietnamese food before, they'd renamed all the dishes to be very white people friendly i.e. "bun" has been changed to "fully loaded bowls". I get it, you want to appeal to the Original Chop Shop and smoothie crowd but it's kind of bizarre. We wouldn't expect Macayo's to call tacos fully loaded tortilla cups. A guy came to fill my water and I said "oh, no thank you. I'm all done" and he proceeded to fill it up anyway so we wasted that water, cool. He then came back later shoving a payment device in my face while pointing at the card slot. Bro, I don't have my wallet out, I'm not giving you any indication I want to leave yet, and half of my party (the one who is paying) is in the bathroom. Why are you being pushy about everything? There are a lot of really good Vietnamese shops in this city but this ain't one of them. Prices are outrageous, too. I'd gladly pay $17 for a bowl of pho it was really good, theirs isn't.

I have little experience with Vietnamese and Pho dining, so I was excited to see this place open up. The place is located where it's not visible from the street, so you have to seek it out. The dining room is nice and bright with decor that creates an environment that is unique. The wicker wrapped chairs are a really nice touch. It's casual. The menu has a lot of great options for Pho and soups as well as creative rice dishes and stir fry. They also have a great beverage menu with a lot of summer friendly options for cold teas and smoothies. We ordered potstickers to occupy us while we studied the menu. They were perfect. Nice and crispy on the outside and still soft inside. Next we opted for a Chicken Pho and a Special Spicy Soup. They were served with a plate of fresh veggies and basil for us to top our soups with. Both were very fresh and flavorful. The Spicy Soup noodles, like a vermicelli, were not that special and broken into small pieces, which seemed odd. There was a menu option to upgrade to "fresh noodles" for a charge, which I would assumed as the norm for a Pho restaurant. Also seemed odd. The broth of both soups were light and not excessively salty or fatty. The staff was delightful and our overall experience was good. There a LOT on this menu that needs further exploration. We'll be headed back.

Cute little spot with cute chair setups. Ordered shrimp fresh rolls, combination vermicelli bowl (replaced pork with chicken), dragon fruit tea w/lychee jelly, and crystal boba. My friend ordered the spicy soup and avocado smoothie! Fresh rolls - peanut sauce was good. fresh and crisp lettuce. There is nothing too special about the rolls. Vermicelli bowl - sauce was a bit light/watered down. The chicken and shrimp had good flavoring, but not enough flavoring. I've had better. Nice size bowl and fulfilling. Dragon fruit tea - a bit too sweet and tasted floraly, not what I'd imagine. Spicy soup - broth was delicious, in my opinion. This had more flavor than my dishes, but it makes sense since it was a spicy soup. Avocado Smoothie - a must try!!! Got one to go! My friend says she comes here for this! Overall, great! I'd go again for a quick bite if I'm ever in town since it's close to my friends place.

This restaurant should be a lovely and pleasant place to eat. There are cool egg shaped wicker chairs that we were excited to sit in especially after hours of shopping nearby (Costco!) The menu looked interesting and healthy.

Unfortunately, the service is dismal at best. The server scowled at us when we sat down. He literally said nothing and threw the menus and utensils on the table. He was so mad at us for no reason, we had only just arrived. He had an air pod in his ear so he was obviously not interested in serving us. After 15 minutes of waiting with no check-in, from him or anyone else, we looked around and saw lots of of other frustrated patrons and decided to bail. When we walked out of the restaurant we talked to another customer that expressed the same frustrations.

Listen, we were hungry, tired, and just wanted to spend some time together over a nice meal. We were ready to spend $50-60 tor a good meal and relaxation for a little bit before we headed out for more shopping.

Pei Wei had just opened a new location nearby. We went there instead. We spent far less money and were treated with respect and appreciation. We want to support local restaurants as much as possible but we don’t want to be treated like an inconvenience.

Please re-train or replace your grumpy servers. You will continue to lose customers...
