It is really a shame because I am typically a LOYAL customer, especially at the Tatum location. However... these two women working angered me so much with their fakeness, I will NEVER be back unless I'm given some serious incentive. You have some really nice people working there, but not on the morning of 1/5/22. Those two women are so unbelievably RUDE and SLOW as hell. First off she made my drink wrong. Then, instead of making it a PRIORITY to fix it, she went and made other drive-thru drinks instead!!!!! They BOTH could see how much of in a hurry I was, and yet they both purposefully helped all the drive-thru and LET ME WAIT longer. My experience with the two of those two employees has made me decide to never return. They could BOTH see I was visibly upset and yet all they said was "there are two of us here" no apology, nothing. We are on the Whole Food Plant Based diet and our blended drinks did come out great. However, we had a ton of questions and the young lady was very helpful to make sure they were made dairy free. It is hard to know if they have plant based milks and dairy free mixers and syrups because it isn't listed on the menu. It took us quite awhile to order because we didn't know what dairy free options were available including the baked goods. We were just glad no one was waiting behind us to order!

I have the lowest tier most BASIC Cox home internet and my service is MUCH faster. Why they aren't using either Cox or fiber is beyond me considering the amount of equipment they have connected, employees devices, and customers connecting. It's bottlenecked.
One of my expectations for paying $6 for a cup of coffee is fast, professional grade Internet. They aren't even using WiFi 6 with better security.
