so I just left this place being called a "LOW LIFE"

So I previously posted a two star review. If you look around his shop, he sells low quality jewelry. It's almost all turquoise or costume. He most recently was very critical of an Emerald that I eventually sold for $1800, that he described as a "project" Despite that the jewelry he sells is far below the quality of any jewelry I've brought him, He's always immensely critical.,

And because they saw my former two star review. The moment I walked in, him and his staff started berating me, Literally called me a "LOW LIFE." I've probably sold over $25,000 worth of jewelry the past two years. The moment I show him any jewelry he's critical from the moment he sees it. I'm pretty sure that is just his stick to try to give people low offers.

So yeah unless you're trying to get a $10 watch repair, Or you want extremely cheap jewelry, I would not do business with somebody that literally insults people to their face. And the average quality of jewelry I have brought here is probably 10 X nicer than anything that he sells

Went in to buy a gift for my wife and was ready to spend some money. I had read the reviews and was going to find a good jeweler that was close to my house. Walked in and waited my turn for 10 min while he finished helping someone else. When it was my turn, I started to speak with a man, but almost immediately he interrupted me and asked me if he could just take a minute to give something to the lady behind me that was obviously a regular and proceeded to spend 10 minutes with her while I waited again for my turn. It didn’t seem like they would be done for at least another 10 min. I was really insulted. It was obvious that he didn’t think I was going to be worth his while. The lady that He skipped me to serve had a bunch of old ugly watches and I think he had replaced the batteries. that was more important than serving me. I get the feeling he is someone who mostly just fixes jewelry. He showed her every watch and she asked questions about each one and then I couldn’t take anymore so I left Oh well...went to sax fifth and spent more than I wanted to, but they treated me like a king! I’m standing outside of the business as I write this. It’s five after 10. The door says they open at 10 o’clock so I called the number and some woman answers and I asked her if they’re going to open because I’m standing outside. She said “oh I’m so sorry we won’t be open till probably around 1 o’clock today“ I said “you do realize that your door says that you open at 10 O’clock and I just drove from North Scottsdale 30 minutes to get here?” She said “yeah I’m sorry about that”

Oh and I was bringing a bag of 12 watches to be repaired. If they were here when the business was supposed to be open they would’ve made some money. But I guess I’ll find somewhere that opens when they are...
