Check YELPâs honest reviews before giving your hard earned money to this âsalonâ, friends! As of 10/9/24, theyâve never responded to me so I bet they will try to justify my review by saying âthey donât recall these servicesâ or something made up. Or, they wonât :).
Back for my occasional check in! 7/5/25. Stay away from this place!

IT IS ILLEGAL TO KEEP SOMEONES $ FOR A SERVICE THEY FAILED TO RECEIVE
CHECK YELPâS HONEST REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE
I've tried this place a total of 3 times now. Have consistently left disgruntled by their charges. This last visit has finally made me decided not come here again. I got a gel polish change, which is listed at $30. I asked for a "3 dot design" in the middle and I saw designs were "$4+".. i was charged a total of $50 for the service. Seems that it is $2 per nail for designs. Be aware as they don't mention that. When I asked them to break down the charge and stated that the menu lists designs at "$4+" the woman pointed at the menu and said "show me" which I did. She said "it varies by design"... Not to mention the older woman who did my nails got polish on my hands and when she realized, she tried scratching it off with her nails and when that failed, proceeded to use the nail file to scrub it against my skin. Which also failed. Don't really recommend this over priced average nail salon.
UPDATE! I showered the same night I had my nails done and the "dots" clearly were done with too much polish where they bubbled up and leaked all over the white!!! I went in the next day and they told me to "come back tomorrow" because they had no one to help me. They said they would re-do the dots and I said well I don't think I want them anymore because it might happen again. He said "ok but we will not refund you for design" which was $20. Long story short, I went in the took off the dots, left the white base, I declined the design to be re done because I didn't want to have to go in if the issue reoccurred. They denied giving me my money back AGAIN because they "offered to redo it but I didn't want it". I made sure they knew they were keeping my money for a service I did not successfully receive due to quality. I was walking out without what I paid so therefore a refund was needed. The same rude lady that said âshow meâ the night I first paid for the service was there the 3rd day and said "they told me when you came in to get them fixed to NOT give you a refund." The rudeness and lack of customer service is beyond me. Just as a heads up, they don't have a "no refund or exchange" Policy for customers to sign beforehand/acknowledge. I had to dispute the $20 with my bank. I was successful and encourage you to do the same if this place does this to you. They take advantage of people. And the quality is not there. There are plenty of reviews on here similar to mine. Disgusting and shameful for a nail salon to be this way with customers. Hopefully they learn that it is illegal to keep someone's money for a service they didn't deliver. Also, the salon prefers you pay cash. I didn't have enough that day in cash because of the over priced/low quality "design" I added. So I paid card and took a $1.50 fee. Had I not paid with card I would have been in a different situation and not been able to have my bank reclaim my money. Be aware of where you take your business and don't let places like these take...
Read moređ ** UPDATE Element Nail Salon really cares about their customers, and I felt that in a big way after my last visit. Right after I let them know I wasnât happy with my experience, both the owner and manager called me to talk about what happened and kindly asked me to come back so they could fix it. When I went back, I met Mira, an amazing manicurist who took her time to sculpt, file, and dip my nails until they looked absolutely perfect. She made me feel special and proud of my new nails. What made this even more wonderful was that the owners didnât just listen to my complaintâthey worked hard to make things right, and didnât charge me anything extra. Thatâs exactly what thoughtful owners do when they truly care about their business and customers. I am so thankful to the owner, manager, and especially to Mira for their kindness and skill. My nails look beautiful now, and Iâve already told two of my own clients to go see Mira for their nailsâsheâs fantastic at what she does. The service received at Element Nail Salon has become genuinely disappointing, and it is difficult not to express dissatisfaction given the circumstances. While a degree of selectivity may be expected when paying a premium $60 dip nails amid rising costs. It only seems reasonable to expect quality in return. Arriving 10 minutes late due to an honest mistake, every effort was made to mitigate inconvenience, including offering compensation and rescheduling. The staff assured there was no issue, so the appointment proceeded as planned. Lack of Technical Precision: Despite providing clear expectations, including a reference image for shape and design, the service fell markedly short. Rather than carefully shaping and filing the nails to achieve the desired look, the technician opted for the simplest process: clipping, dipping, applying a top coat, and finishing, without even minimal refinement of the nail form. Upon closer inspection at home, the results were lackluster the nail beds appeared wide and unfinished, revealing a lack of attention to detail. Ongoing Decline in Service Quality: This experience is not isolated; past visits and the feedback of peers indicate a noticeable decline in service standards at Element Nail Salon. While there may still be technicians who take pride in their craft, obtaining satisfactory results increasingly seems to require relentless oversight and persistent requests for corrections. Final Impression: Frankly, it is disappointing to conclude that satisfaction has become elusive at Element Nail Salon. The consistent lack of professionalism and technical skill compels consideration of alternative providers, even if it means paying substantially more for the assurance of quality and respect for client...
Read moreI had one of the most disappointing experiences at Elements Nail Salon. From the moment I walked in, the place was dusty and clearly under construction, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and proceed with my appointment.
I was looking forward to a relaxing experience and even shared how stressed I had been, but that didnât seem to matter. They asked if they could start on my hands while I was getting my pedicure, and I assumed they meant just the cuticle cleaning since I had requested it as an add-on. Instead, they did my full gel acrylic set while I was stuck in the pedicure chair. It was incredibly uncomfortable, my back was hurting, and there was nothing relaxing about it.
To make matters worse, my nails looked nothing like the reference image I provided. The tech kept making them too short, and I eventually had to ask for the nail file to fix them myself! The final result was nowhere near the quality I expected, and to top it off, my pedicure left me with calluses still on my feet.
I rarely complain, but this experience was unacceptable. I paid $90 for manicure and $85 for pedicure for a service that I could have done better at home. By the time I left, I had spent $170 and felt completely ripped off.
I called to express my concerns, and they asked me to come back within the week. When I did, the owner/manager was incredibly cold and dismissive. I showed them the image again, only to be told that the simple design I requestedâjust polish in different colors and a tiny heartâwas an extra charge. And they charged for longer length and color. No one ever leaves a nail salon with no polish on⌠why am I getting an additional charge for polish??? And length? This is a part of the manicure⌠absurd. I did not asked for a pedicure again due to time.
Even after the second visit, my nails were still crooked, my cuticles were not properly cleaned, and I had to spend another hour fixing them myself at home.
The overall customer service was not the greatest and the quality of work does not match the high prices they charge. Also, I just felt a negative vibe. All employees looked unhappy . I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional or relaxing...
