If anyone in the Rogue Valley is in need of stoves or home furnishings, give Warmth in Phoenix a visit! These guys were great from start to finish.

After a visit to one of the larger stove/spa businesses in Medford, we were appalled by the pushy salesperson, who told us that we HAD to make a decision to buy a stove from them by Monday, or else their "10% Sale" would no longer be valid (they wouldn't price match at a later date, either). A neighboring stove business was closed on Saturdays, so we made the trip down to Warmth in Phoenix.

After receiving excellent customer service and a quote that was lower than the "sale price" at the first store we visited, we wondered why we ever went anywhere else! The salesperson that we spoke to at Warmth was the same person that installed the stove, too. He took care of all of the gas hookups and permits, and was prompt and on-time with each appointment. Everything about this store was a surprisingly wonderful experience. I bought a wood stove that I LOVE for "quite a bit less" than I would have had to pay in Medford. I know because I shopped around. And Steve custom built & installed a stunningly beautiful hearth. I was so impressed with the huge selection of fireplaces and home decor is a whole store overall! Such a cute store and so friendly! Lisa was super helpful and provided so much help and very nice. I’ve been so happy with my wood stove and Steve was so impressive with how skilled and knowledgeable he is. He left my home cleaner than it was to begin with and worked so hard making sure every detail was absolutely perfect and made sure I was 100% happy with the install.
