I am a first time home buyer and moving here was a fantastic experience! Xander was incredibly friendly and helpful in showing numerous units. He was also helpful in coming up with solutions for things I was looking for with my purchase.

The park manager, Denise, is incredibly kind and was very helpful in walking me through the entire process! The in house financing made the purchase very affordable given the current market and their mortgage agent was just as helpful, kind and informative.

The amenities at the community center are all brand new and are excellent options for family events and gatherings for park members. There is a pool, hot tub, spacious community center room with a full kitchen and a playground for kids.

My family and I love the house and while it is smaller than what we have been accustomed to it's much more cozy and already feels like home. Everything is brand new, fresh and clean and we found that some very basic and inexpensive upgrades made a big difference with the overall feel and accessibility.

We moved in just before Halloween so we were able to attend the park function at the community center and all of our neighbors are kind and welcoming. The option to know your neighbors and have the feeling of close community is very accessible but people are also quiet and respectful so if keeping to yourself is your thing that seems just as possible.

There are quite a few things as far as community guidelines, rules etc.. But they are all common sense based and simple to adhere to and their need is both understandable and realistic to help keep the community clean and comfortable for everyone. If you know the golden rule you'll have no problem getting along without needing to think about the guidelines.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase and move here. For anyone looking to own their own home and live in what is a fantastic start to a comfortable community I can't say enough good things about this place.

This park burned down when the Alameda fire hit in Sept. of 2020. Everything has been taken to the ground, So how can people be leaving comments about this place since then? I lived here a few years before the fire and loved it. Most of the neighbors were great, but like any small community, we had some people that just liked to spread lies. It is my understanding that the owners of the property are putting in new "modular's" and going to create a whole new community. All I can say is beware and read any contracts very well before you sign up to live in the new place because before the fire, the owners were trying to get everyone to sign leases that would last many years in which the rent would eventually increase so much that it would be close to impossible to afford it. I had always live the country life, so I did not want to live so close to people And once he looked at our place here,,,,,, it changed my mind, Our home was just what I wanted. And not having to mow a couple acres a weekend looked pretty great! We have the most wonderful mangers Bill and Mona , there very thoughtful and kind. They watch out for everyone and help out when they can. They are the ones that have cleaned this park up, And have encouraged others to do the same !!!!. We have great neighbors that watch out for each other.
