Things never got fixed. Horrible severices. Tried to get ahold of someone 3 months before moving. No was every available and they didn't have time. My x-miss gift package went missing that where sent from family in Washington state. My grandmother ended up passing and I got let go from my job around the holiday season , as well I did try to give a noticed 3 months prior. They refused any payment plans and wanted 1,000 dollars up front. Than sent me to collect which they to are asking for 1,000 up front frist and fuse payment plans . And have a 50% interested each day not paid. I would highly NOT recommend this place. My car was all dinged up in covered parking. One time my ac went out and I had to agree about the AC cooler not going the door. As well as things only get half finished. As well as they the office can be super rude. And not welling to even talk with you or anythiny and are too busy. And some bigger guy when I tried to do a payment plan. Laughed in my face and said no. As well as some bigger guy that Everytime I went in for 3 months to give my 90 day refused to leave my message are let me talk to the manger as well told me the only way is to use email. And I left countless message . And he made a comment and laugh and said well it's your credit. My credit was perfect untill I got a place here! They gave 2 days then sent me to collect. I would strongly Not recommend this place. Unless you like your package disapparing, thing not getting fixed, your car getting beat up and dented, rude coustom severced, and in the end your credit...

I just love the way Julia the Leasing Consultant helps me with all of the great services that Paradise Falls has to offers. She is very fast, friendly, competent at what she does, I been living here approximately two years and she has been absolutely fantastic. She organizes the monthly calendars and makes sure I get my emails. Which help me to plan out my month with my kids. My children look forward to coming to the events that our held at paradise falls apartments. This is my first time experiencing having such great customer service in Arizona living in an apartment complex with a leasing consultant who does her job and goes above and beyond to make certain my needs are addressed and the needs of others. She informs me when new movies come out hot of the press new releases on DVD or Blue Ray. It is very difficult to receive curtesy now days in 2020. I feel good knowing that when Julia in the office I instantly find relief. All the organize events that paradise falls apartment does are through the year. Julia does an amazing job of multi-tasking rental issues, leasing, and more!! I use the computers for business purposes and that helps avoid the library. Victoria gives real scam manager vibes lol, I made the decision staying at Paradise falls, but moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom- major mistake as management took advantage of the situation and almost doubled the original amount of cost to move in. Waited for almost two months on my deposit, and when i finally had it in my hands, deposited into my checking account, next day the funds were reversed. Fishy as hell. When I had called the office to get ahold of victoria i was told she was in a conference meeting so i went down there to wait so we could have the situation resolved immediately and she was on a personal call with the door open, and as soon as she saw me, she closed the door knowing i was waiting for the situation to be taken care of. Another hour goes by and i leave as i had to work, and seek legal advice. Once my attorney reached out to Victoria, you know she got it taken care of asap! I guess you have to be on top of these Apartments because management needs someone to be on them obviously! I would avoid this place at all costs- I will not be renewing with these apartments. I find victoria young and immature for the position she is in. Someone needs to replace her before this company looses...
