Bella Nails — Local services in Phoenix

I went here a few days ago, and I really cannot emphasize how bad they left me. I paid $100 for a gel pedicure and a set of acrylic nails. I showed the man a picture and they came out nothing like the picture. The nail shapes were off too. Mind you, I did not ask for anything complicated! I had just wanted a brown chrome color. The paint looks lazy and you can see through it. The man also made my cuticle bleed! The pedicure came out ok, but I had expected a bit better.

The only good thing about this place is the rock massage and complimentary water.

Do not waste...

I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I was in high school over 10 years ago and have never once been disappointed! They always make the shape of the nail I want perfect and I can never make my nails last longer at any other salon! They have the magic touch with nails since I’m a hairstylist I always have struggled at other salons with my nails breaking or lifting and Its never happened once with Bella nails! Regarding a previous review about walk-in's -they keep their appt. times and if a walk-in would interfere with the next clients they cannot accommodate a walk-in!
