GORDITAS EL TIO — Restaurant in Phoenix

I come to this place once in a while, Food is good/ok most of the times, I normally get a asada burrito. And that’s what Ai got this time. The cashier did not have change the check was for 12.03 I gave her 13 after she complaint that she was going to put the money from her pocket, like it was my fault they don’t have change, Today I asked for wucamole, and once I started eating After my third bite, I did not see any waca in there so I asked the lady , I told her that there was no Wacamole in there so she grabbed the burrito , put it in the counter and opened it but when she did this, she dropped some of the meat over the counter and grabbed it with her bear hand and it was a mess, she offered to change the tortilla but when I saw her picking up the food I wanted to vomit . I got 5 tacos, the carnitas was indistinguishable from the asada. The green salsa was pretty decent. It's like a sparse cafeteria take out place kind of interior...not memorable or interesting but clean. Next time I might get the meat/tacos from the birria place next door with the salsa from this place and it'd be a great combo. I'm guessing with the amount of "plates"/combos on the menu here tacos aren't their strongest dish but that's what im usually going out for. (Edit 2nd visit) got the burrito with carnitas and the meat was somehow kind of nasty and flavorless not much variety of ingredients on it. I'm not dropping it below 3 stars but I consider it a 2.5 star place. The salsa was also just ok I had to put a lot on just to taste it and cover up...

Very rude! I ordered a burrito and i said meat rice and beans only they added guac so I took it back and said it has guac lady was like u never said no guac I was like no I said carne asada burrito meat well done with rice and beans only lady was rude I asked for supervisor she was the supervisor I said its not the first time u guys do tht she was like then why do u come here very unprofessional still arguing instead of being nicer so I went off on her no I didn't say no guac but I said carne asada rice and beans ONLY THT should take the guac out cuz am only requesting what I want very rude very disappointed food is good tho! service is not they like to argue with the clients bad...
