Security here is a joke if the person driving that red Chevy PT Cruiser looking thing doesn't learn some professional etiquette quick. He should not be working in a line of work where talking and interacting with people is required. I pulled up into the parking lot after going thru the drive thru at McDonald's, my friend and I sat and ate then she went into the Ross. The whole time I'm there this guy is driving around in circles looking at me stopping his car in front of me looking at me looking at my friend driving around pulling around parking staring at me we're eating McDonald's not doing anything wrong then my friend goes into Ross and this person has the audacity to take a flashlight and walk right up to my car and shine the light into it asking me what I'm doing there and how long I'm going to be there for completely inappropriate I went off on him I told him to get the hell away from my car He should lose his job. Then the other day the other security guard was too busy harassing people that were standing on the sidewalk talking because they may or may not have been homeless that a woman overdosed and the paramedics had to be called that guy...

I terminated my other gym memberships because they were so crowded that I couldn’t get a simple workout. I drove by this location and I was very skeptical because of other planet fitness locations in the past were horrible. I drive by this planet fitness every day on my way to and from work. I decided to stop I went in, the young man who helped me it was so pleasant. He was funny, and he helped me to register and to become a member. I was truly amazed at how neat and clean it was! I was impressed. I have found a great place to work out in, that’s not crowded, no judgmental and you don’t have to feel like you are competing with anyone. I work out three times a week and I am truly happy. Thank you Planet Fitness and the front desk for maintaining a nice clean gym. I’m truly happy...

horrible. unprofessional staff. Staff spent more time complaining and discussing her personal problems than doing her job as a server. My daughter and I had to sit through her very inappropriate conversation with another customer. If one of my employees had acted so unprofessional...especially around llids they would have been fired on the spot. The server looked more like a cheap stripper than a waitress and she acted like one as well. Never again will I even think of being a customer...HORRIBLE....just HORRIBLE employee! Management needs to address...
