It was an interesting experience our whole order went wrong. First I went thru the drive thru ordered the "cantina chicken quesidilla box combo" and the cinnamon twist. My twist were missing which I figured out immediately. Went back into the driveline. Girl [Leilah] was friendly but seemed irritated. Then I got home my fiance didn't receive his hard shell tacos with his mexican pizza combo. Which he told me not to make it a big deal so I didn't but then I opened my food and my cantina chicken was a Caliente instead. So i drove back. Leilah told me which I have never had a problem ordering this off the menu. That they assume it would be Caliente when you tell them a cantina quesidilla. Which again they are two different menu items. She made it seem like it was my fault. That I needed to specify. She one could have asked. I ordered exactly what it is called on the menu. Again two separate items on the menu. Not sure what the mix up is.. she was kind and gave me taco coupons. That's why they got a 3 I feel they did make up for it but certainly not the attitude. We both ordered the Chalupa cravings box long story short I look at my Chalupa and literally all I see is Lettuce I barely saw a meat when I say I barely saw meat I mean it almost looked as if it was just sauce so I informed the young lady or whatever she was that there was barely meat on there she said well it comes with one scoop so I told her this does not look like one scoop she stated well I made it myself and then said I can remake it for you if you would like she look like she was a manager because she had a gray shirt on while the other employees had a regular shirt on so as I’m waiting at the front counter she goes to the back and assuming that I don’t hear her she states to one of the employees I guess I did not put enough meat on his Chalupa. I moved right down the street about a year ago, and since then I’ve frequented this Taco Bell more than a few times. The only time my order was to standard was the day I came in and the owner of this franchise store ensured my order was correct. I feel really sorry for the franchise owner, because let me tell you buddy, when you’re not around the lazy incompetent employees in your charge completely disregard all sense of professionalism and pride in job. This Taco Bell location is within walking distance of my home, but I will take the trip to cactus/cave creek or Tatum/Bell to avoid this location. The real quandary though is why am I writing this at all? I would usually give a bad review in hopes that they fixed whatever they’re deficient in, but I know you guys are so far beyond anything resembling carrying about the customer and the quality of their food that this probably won’t even be read!
