They were quick to get me in and I appreciated that. Nice welcoming staff.

I wanted a shag with high layers and bangs. She didn't want to wet or wash my hair (I had dyed it the night before) and decided to cut it dry. She sectioned me out in inch sections randomly around my head and barely / slowly cut my ends. The bangs are awful. She didnt frame m6 face like I'd asked. She made excuses as to why she couldn't chunk my layers out like the pictures I showed her. I was not happy with where this haircut was going and expressed my concerns.

She told me maybe the person who did it before specialized in that style. I don't think this stylist has been cutting hair long and certainly didn't know how to do a basic shag. She was not comfortable with hair or her scissors. She didn't charge me thankfully I apologized and I left crying because of what she did or didn't do for that matter to my hair.

So much for a nice self care experience. I will not...

I booked an appointment with Alexia. I am visiting and wasn’t sure what I fully needed but booked what I thought it was.

She messaged me a short while after I booked to talk about what I needed to get done. Thankfully she helped me with understanding what was needed. It was going to take longer than the appointment slot so we changed it to a haircut and blowout.

This was honestly the best salon experience I have ever had! She was so professional, so understanding, easy to talk with, so much knowledge on helping me with the style I wanted. She paid attention to details and gave me the best haircut I have had in SUCH a long time!
