Sad to say, we will never return here again. This is the third disappointing experience we’ve had, and it was the last straw.

My 14-year-old son had been growing his hair out for over a year after a previous bad haircut here. Despite that, he’s incredibly loyal and decided to give them another chance, hoping for a fresh start with a new style.

Before sitting in the chair, he showed the barber (3rd chair) pictures of the haircut he wanted and even asked if the style would suit his face. The barber assured him it would, and I emphasized how important it was to get it right since my son had been hesitant to cut his hair for so long. The barber confidently said it was doable, so we trusted him.

But as he started cutting, I noticed it wasn’t looking like the photo at all. When I pointed this out, the barber brushed it off, saying, “His hair is too heavy—I can’t get that look.” What?! That should have been said before the cut even started. Instead, my son now has a haircut he didn’t want and didn’t agree to.

To make matters worse, other staff tried to step in but offered little more than, "add some texturized" or “It will grow out.” My son is mortified, and his confidence has been shattered. We’re deeply disappointed, and after this experience, we’ll...

Came in yesterday for a haircut removal of my split/dead ends of my hair and even a beard trim shape up but ended up coming out as well with eyebrow slits since they offer those as well. The moment I walked in I felt appreciated and welcome as a customer to their barber shop and was greeted with a friendly introduction and had me sit down and I discussed everything that I wanted out of my visit. The sheer amount of professional behavior from this barbershop was inspiring and made me feel like every moment of my stay was just so awesome I even went with what they said and trusted their judgement as far as the best approach to keep my hair healthier and overall am highly impressed. My barbers name was Achmed I would gladly return again for his service in the future and highly recommend anyone looking for a great haircut and shave to stop by this shop. They may not take cards and only take cash but they do have a onsite ATM that only charges $1.75 fee. Best attention to detail I have received at a barber shop. I was very comfortable with the environment and staff, including my barber. My hair was cut by Ari and he did a superb job. I will definitely be returning next time. Now for the story of how I ended up here. I went to get air in my tires at the Discount Tire next door when I was told I needed some new tires. While waiting I was wondering what was nearby and I noticed there was a barber shop. Planning on getting a haircut later in the same day anyway, I went there to see how much it was.
