Under new ownership!!! If you visited this salon more than four months ago and were disappointed, I highly recommend you come back and try again!! Vivian’s Nails Studio is the best because of Vivian! I will follow her wherever she goes because my nails are always on point! She is kind and so amazing at her craft and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! The environment here is very laid back, clean and calming. Recently they took the window decals off the front entrance, as well as updated the building signage and it completely changed the entire ambiance. Before it felt dark and hidden and now the salon is bright, clean and inviting!! For pedicures, the massage chairs are nice and new and they use disposable tub liners, a new one for each client. The salon also has five TVs and you can ask for a specific channel anytime! What else is amazing?? The color selection is unmatched. The entire back wall has every color imaginable—dip, gel, regular-you name it, they more than likely have it! Definitely give this place a try—it’s worth it! Pricing is fairly on point with other salons as well. I included a current pricing sheet for pedicures (as of 2/2025). If you really want a treat--do the fresh fruity pedicure. They use real fruit during the massage!...

Waited an entite hour JUST to get my nails removed. My nails were not even buffed or filed. The younger blonde one was hurting me while removing my nails. I asked her to stop and she replied with, "Well what do you want me to do, soak them?" I immediately got irritated, but I proceeded to get my nails soaked. I notice her just move the same tools she used on me over to the customer on the left, WITHOUT sanitizing or wiping down anything. I sat there for another 30-40 mins just to soak, watching people that came wayyy after me leave before me with full gel sets. At this point I am livid. I asked the lady to please finish my nails, because at this point the salon is now closed. With an attitude she calls herself removing the remainder of gunk off my nails then proceeds to ask me, is that it? No filing, buffing or anything. At this point I'm just done and proceed to pay, as I pay I was told not to come back because I called her out on her TERRIBLE service. This was not my first time coming there to get my nails removed, so I know terrible customer service when I see it. DO NOT GO HERE! My lady Kim at Fresh Nails and Spa on 51st ave and Olive will hook you up and do a much better job with waayyy better...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! I had a full set of Gel Nails done here. The man they sat with me had little to NO experience with Gel Nails. (which are extremely easy by the way) after 1.5 hours which is an excessive amount of time for Gel Nails he said, "You Like" No way this man was serious. I now have the WORST set of nails on my hands that I have EVER had! Its apparent they used good Gel colors to make their sample nails but the two colors I picked looked nothing like what was on the display nail! The man had the nerve to tell me if I got Acrylic they would look better! I have never had a set of gel nails thay were lumpy and so poorly filed. I asked, have you ever done Gel, he relied a couple times. Whatever happened to being certified? Its obvious this man was not nor most of the men working in the salon after reading all the terrible reviews. DO NOT GO HERE! Beautiful Nails right across 19th Ave is a much better choice! They were closed which is why I tried out Nail Studio. NEVER AGAIN! I would also suggest someone take a look into the certifications at this facility as I'm willing to bet they are...
