I've gone to several Curaleaf locations all over Phoenix and I've never had any issues. They give new customers 10 opportunities for a buy one get one free that they can use at any time as long as it's not combined with any other offers or discounts. They're online ordering is very clearly marked for things that are already you know on sale or that has a discount of any kind, telling you the percentage of that discount. I am aware to look for these things when I am going to make a purchase so I don't run into any issues and I just did an order from the bell location, they had $20 for 14 g of shake which wasn't marked as discounted or on sale or on any deal I have screenshots of all of it. That's a great price so I put two of them in my cart, as I have done with shake before from this location, similarly not marked as discounted and didn't have any problems with, I went ahead and put my order in, and when I got notification that it was ready, I went to pick it up. Alas though, when I got there they said that I couldn't use my buy one get one free because it was already discounted. I didn't have time to stand there and discuss it and I still needed weed so I just took one of them. After leaving I went back and double check to make sure that I hadn't missed something on my side and I certainly didn't. So again I took more screenshots, both of the items I ordered on their website and on the app, as well as photos of items that are clearly marked as being discounted or on sale. I'm hopeful that reaching out to curaleaf directly and leaving a review here will help me get this resolved because I've never had an issue ever. But leaving with half of what I thought I was going to knowing that I can't afford more until way after this runs out is frustrating knowing that I did put in the effort to make sure I didn't choose an item that wasn't already marked as discounted or on sale. I love Curaleaf, and I tell everybody about the deals that they have and about the quality you get and so this was really surprising and I'm really hoping it can be resolved, because I am not someone that typically complains but when I have done my part to follow the guidelines of an offer and I feel like it's then not being honored, That's when I do speak up. But I also recognize that mistakes can happen and that accidents happen and I'm hopeful that this is just that and can be resolved. I have my order number my receipt and screenshots of everything, so hopefully, I will be updating this review soon with everything squared away.

Update - so this must started yesterday I got an email back last night, I included a screenshot where they acknowledge that I did make sure that it was within the deal, and said they would let their team know to mark it better in the future, so now I'm just waiting to hear back on a time frame for when they're going to sort out the 14g of shake that I'm still out. Looking forward to them resolving this as advertised.
Still really hoping curaleaf will continue to follow through here. Still have receipts screenshots and emails confirming everything. they haven't let me down before so I'm really hoping this will continue...

One being the time when I ordered online, but went in with my friend who flew in from out of state and wanted to experience his first legal dispensary. They told us to go ahead and stand in the medical line and when we got to the counter, they told my friend that he had to go stand in the back of the recreational line despite being told to stand in medical with me and we had already waited over 15 minutes in that line. We weren't going to stand in another line especially after being told it was fine. Online ordering is confusing. Order from leafly and they have issues, order from their website and there's issues with delivery options, and apparently there's a separate 3rd party that you have to order through for delivery. The website has an option for delivery, but apparently it doesn't work through the website? There's zero information on the cut off time for same day delivery. Staff is hit or miss. There's some really awesome workers there, but there are a lot of people who seem unhappy to be there or bothered when asking questions. For instance today, I called asking questions and the person I spoke to seemed annoyed by my questions and confusion. Once I had somewhat of clarification, I told her thank you for helping with clarification and she hung up on me. Just seemed a little rude to be honest. No "goodbye" or "have a great day". As a business owner myself, it just seemed a little unprofessional. The last thing that has been a frustrating about this dispensary is the online order lines. Sometimes they're fast, sometimes they send you to the back and you're stuck in an even longer line. I've had a lot of experiences where people that come in behind me are getting helped first and leaving with their medicine before I do despite being both medical and ordering...

Proās - Curaleaf is big as heck and has decent deals daily A couple great budtenders Easy access parking at this location
Cons - This location will constantly show deals on products they do not and have no plan to stock
Will not let the accompanied adult (not purchasing ) in without id - but will let children in with a parent (no clue who decided that one )
Online orders at this location usually average 30+ mins - even when thereās only 1-2 items. You will arrive in store and see people doing orders very lazily
Newer staff lacks the overall customer service that was a standard here - this one is huge to me as a customer
Out of top shelf products - why is it every other CURALEAF in Phoenix , and most competitors have in stock items that this location will not restock. Only one banana flavor for jeeters for over two weeks is pretty disappointing.
New line system - you now must push through and around online order customers to even get in. Multiple times the check in process is slowed down by the host having to get up and walk a customer in. Itās like trying to drive east on the i10 before a lakers playoff game sometimes.
Unfortunately my daily business has been going to other locations and now someone who was 100% loyal to only Curaleaf is now shopping heavily at competitors because of this .
Customer service is one of the foundational anchors in a successful business...
