Burger King — Restaurant in Phoenix

Dharma is the best employee this location has and the only reason I continue to do business here. She should be a shift manager or some type of leader. The only times I've had good service, good food, fast food, and I received what I ordered are the times I've come in and she is up front. She moves with a purpose, she is polite, greets you and treats you respectfully. The wait time is always shorter than when other staff are on site. She is a hard worker and she deserves a promotion, because of her work ethic your location hangs on to it remaining loyal customers.

Literally the slowest burger in the history of the company. The employees drag their feet around looking miserable the entire time. I stood in line for 7 minutes without 1 person saying hello to me or saying we'll be with you in a moment, absolutely nothing other than people walking around with no sense of urgency. I ended up walking out without anything because it had been so long just to place an order I could imagine how long the food will take to make. I've been here many of times and the service is never any different. Grouchy staff, Missing or wrong items, dirty environment... the wait times are seriously unacceptable I can't believe you run your business this way and...

The service was horrible, they took a long time to serve such little food that I ordered, and the food that came in was miniature, I ordered chicken fries and a bacon melt sandwich. The chicken fries were extremely small, and the sandwich aswell. A gentleman came in aswell and complained that he was waiting at the speaker at the drive thru and kept asking for somebody to get his order, he ended up walking in and the workers didn’t even apologize or acknowledge it, they just immediately ask for his order. What’s even more crazy is that i ordered first; way before the gentleman, and the gentleman order more food than I did but he ended up getting His food first. I’m not sure what’s going on in that place but it was very much disappointing, I’ve been to a few burger kings and they were all fine, but this one was unexpectedly disappointing, definitely won’t ever be returning here and don’t recommend going...

Tonight I order a quad stacker with a large Coke and a large onion ring. The African American female drive-thru told me to pull forward and park in front they're making the onion rings so I'm sitting there 10 minutes no one comes to the car. Sign up going in where is my food and I told him what I was missing and they're like whoops we forgot that you existed out front. And another customer came in did the same thing they forgot he existed. Tire Burger King Rose ran by African-Americans and not saying that the bad team but when they forget customers that is a bad thing. I wish management with fire them all for forgetting customers from the drive-thru. Pulls to the front when they tell them to pull around to the front it's like you're trying to get free cash and not...
