I was concerned about this location because of all the picture when you type in just the address not the Nomad Phoenix. Me and a friend about rescheduled because of this. But We decided to take a gamble and was very pleased. It was the best VRBO I have rented with a ton of things like shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, etc. things that most places don’t have any more. So glad I chose this AirBnB. It's managed by a local small team which provides great customer service whenever you need anything. The home and the pool were immaculately clean and well stocked.
