The store is lovely but the customer service is not. Before arriving at the store I went online to confirm the monogram doormat I wanted was in stock. Once I was at the store I found the rug section but couldn't find what I came there for, so I went to the front and asked an associate for assistance. She called for someone to meet me but after waiting about 10 or 15 minutes no one ever came. I walked back to the front to the same associate to let her know and she advised me I have to wait for her to finish with her customer, so I did. Once she was done she pulled out her phone and went to the store's website to confirm they had the rug, then to the rug section we went. She begin to look for the rug when I pointed out a few rugs at the very top and she said those were not the rugs I was looking for. Turns out that was the rug I was looking for but they didn't have my initial. She called for assistance but again no one responded until they finally did and it was about something totally different. She asked for help again and was told the rug was not on the floor, which we both could clearly see. So instead of her going to the back to check their stock or wherever they keep extras she told me the item was probably on the truck and to call on Wednesday to see if it's on the floor. After waiting that long for help and then to receive that kind of service I don't think I'll return to that store. It's sad this beautiful store is overshadowed by poor...

I drove a ways to finally check out At Home. First off, it's huge. Basically super Walmart sized. There are large organized sections of outdoor, rugs, decor, etc. There appears to be endless choices. However, I couldn't find anything I wanted. Everything was fairly generic and bland looking. I wanted a large brightly colored ceramic pot in red, orange, or pea green. Nothing fit the bill. There was a few dark red plastic ones, no orange ones, and only a few standard green ones- out of about 8 aisles of them. I was a bit shocked at the pricing. I wanted a very small outdoor side table for our patio. I had already researched online and found some cute ones for 30-50 bucks. There was really nothing here for less than a hundred, and a lot of them had damage- chips and dents. Some sections went by color themes- so if you wanted any item in powder blue, butter yellow or bright coral you were covered. Those clashed with my colors though, so it took several aisles out of my shopping area. They had aisles of throw pillows sorted by color- which was nice. However- they were nearly all the same and very plain. Why dedicate an entire aisle to 18" navy blue pillows that are almost all identical? It's a waste of shelf space. I spent over an hour wandering and left empty handed. I did go to home goods afterwards, which is much less organized- but I found a variety of items in good colors that were much more affordable. I don't think I'll be...

At Home is a fantastic one-stop shop for all your home décor and furnishing needs. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted with an expansive selection of items that cater to all styles and budgets. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through aisles filled with everything from seasonal decorations to furniture, rugs, and wall art. Whether you're looking for something modern, traditional, or unique, At Home has it all.

One of the best aspects of shopping here is the sheer variety. There are plenty of options for every room in the house, and the pricing is competitive, which means you can find both affordable and high-end pieces. The staff is helpful without being intrusive, and they're always available to answer questions or offer suggestions.

Parking is abundant, and the store layout is spacious, so even on busy days, it doesn't feel cramped. However, be prepared to spend some time here — the selection is massive, and it’s easy to lose track of time browsing through the endless décor options.

Overall, At Home provided a pleasant shopping experience, the staff was extremely helpful when we asked to get a large ceramic pot down, which was extremely well priced for that size; this will make it easy to spruce up the...

This store is huge! If you're going just to "browse", dont be surprised if you get overwhelmed. I've gotten lost before. It's best to go with a specific agenda/item in mind. Need a new area rug? They have hundreds to pull from. Need a new throw pillow? They've got three rows full...organized by color. Their holiday decorations are organized by theme too. I get too excited going here. If I had to compare this place, it's similar to the decor quality/pricing that you would see at (let's say) a target or a pier 1...only 10 TIMES the variety! Unfortunately, no Wally-world prices here. Plenty of parking though. If you find something they have online, it's no guarantee you will find it in the store.

They have signs posted all over the store about required face coverings then, we get up to the counter to check out. The cashier had his masked pulled down by his chin and was eating as he check us out. Even if we weren't in the midst of a pandemic, that's not ok. I did the retail thing for years and that's just disrespectful. The store itself is well stocked but, the building is old and could use some love.
