Scheduling was easy and prices were average. I had Lorraine do my hair. I haven't had my hair done in years! All I had was a few pictures of how I wanted to dye my hair. It was kind of awkward at first because it was only me and one other person getting our hair done and no one offered me anything or said anything to me so I just sat there looking like an idiot but then Lorraine was ready for me and she was super sweet. She had great conversation starters and took the time to get to know me. She didn't take too much time looking at the pictures but she managed to get my hair looking almost just like the pictures! I have light brown hair with some really fades blonde tips and she incorporated blonde highlights throughout and did a great job. Everyone commented on it and she even styled it perfectly at the end. It looks natural and gorgeous. She didn't tell me what all she was putting in my hair though which I think she should have but oh well not important. I really enjoyed what she did with my hair! Thank you Lorraine!! It took a good 2 hours and cost about $140 when i was all done...

I used to get my hair done by Christina and she was amazing with short hair and bangs unfortunately she no longer works there, so I went to a new stylist there. I was very hesitant because it’s easy to mess up bangs. I showed her the picture that I had shown Christina and the new stylist said that she was able to do it. Mind you she only looked at the photo once the whole time. She took the volume out of my hair for some reason after I told her that I was growing it out and I did not realize she was doing that because she just said she was trimming the end. The bangs are uneven and choppy, and not in a cute way when she turned me around I was not happy about the results, but I was just praying it was the way she styled it. I paid and left a tip just because I did take her chair but it was definitely not a great experience. If anyone knows where Christina went, please...

Master Colorist Jillian is Amazing!!!! She corrected dry dull bleached hair into healthy manageable hair. She was professional throughout the whole process, she understood & provided her expertise. She did not over process my hair, she timed the color perfectly and achieved max results!!! I will highly recommend her, she is a master at color!

I love my hair color!!! It's what I've always wanted but was never achieved with other salon artist! I took my photos in the past to colorist & never came close to the brown I wanted to achieve.
