Until tonight I was a very strong advocate of this business. I was a rewards member, I liked their food, and I even tolerated their poorly designed app for on-line ordering. Until tonight.
Let me explain HOW TO NOT TREAT A CUSTOMER.
No one should have to work this hard to get your food, so neither myself, my family, nor my friends will EVER GIVE YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS ANOTHER DIME. And I will tell anyone who will listen why they should go elsewhere.
Pretty sad because I really, really...
Read moreI'd like to start off by saying the people who work here are awesome. They are so nice and attentive, if this review was just them they'd get 5 stars! The food was pretty good. Definitely not authentic, more of a fusion kind of restaurant. Food was fast and hot when we recieved it. I ordered the machaca chimichanga. IT WAS SO GOOD. I might order it without sauce on top next time. The consistency was kind of like gravy, but still tasty. Just not what i was expecting. (To be fair I've never been here so its safer not to go in with expectations of authentic mexocan food). My boyfriend ordered a fundido style burrito w/ no sourcream, and was a little concerned by his queso on top tasting like sour cream. (He HATES sour cream). We waited after our meal for our dessert chimi's which were very good. I would highly recommend doing cheesecake stuffed chimis in the future. But not my restaurant not my business, you do you because it's great. Now overall i thonk this was good. The price was a bit expensive hence the 3 stars(but i did leave full!) I recommend trying it out yourself and coming to your own conclusion. This place is...
Read moreI want to give it more stars for the well done decor, but I think it should be more about the food. My first visit was on the day they have a taco special. I didn't care for the tacos much. The shells were just TOO crisp and broke into little pieces. It might have made a good taco salad if the broken pieces were mixed together with the filling. So today I tried something different'; the cheese and onion enchilada. The chips they give you when you order were (both visits) in my opinion, fried a little too long, making them dark and taking away the natural taste of the chips. The rice was good. The enchiladas? Well, to be fair, my husband loved them. The corn tortillas, on the ends, were tough and chewy; he likes that. I however, do not. They were tough and chewy at the ends, but also all the way through. They were dry, and there was not much cheese in them, and I found NO onions. The sauce was a bit too spicy for me. So, for me, the three stars are all about the food; I was disappointed. Last thing; the Mexican music being played is a...
