I am absolutely HORRIFIED by the way this supposed "fruit and flower" company does business. March 14th of this Month marked my dear, sweet Grandmother's 86th birthday. EIGHTY SIX YEARS OLD AND I PAID THIS FRAUDULENT "COMPANY" over one hunded dollars to deliver her a bouquet of flowers and some chocolates on that b-day. Not only did she NT receive the flowers, she also didnt receive the chocolates, the personalized card i sent to her, nor did she receive the lavender vase i ordered. I wanted my Grandmother to feel like a queen on her birthday. instead, she felt FORGOTTEN!!! This "company" promised to fix the problem by YESTERDAY. But my sweet Grandma STILL has not received her gift. I re ommend that NO ONE Ever use thiz company for a loved one. And i will be. ontacting a lawyer tomorrow. Terrible customer service. I received a gift from my boyfriend, he currently live in Nigeria and I live in Philadelphia. He was able to pay his friend to order the gift so I have it for my birthday. I received it September 28 and it was placed in the fridge for two days. I open it and it gave off a really bad smell. Like rotten fruit, I look and the fruit was just that rotten. I had fruit arrangements before and that never happen. The strawberries was rotten and the lettuce(i think it was) was rotten gave off extremely bad smell. I email them no response, called left message. I missed the call by 1 minute and called back no answer. Finally got in touch with them Monday or Tuesday and talk to the man took my name, number & address and said they give me a call in a couple of hours. Its now Friday and still nothing. We received an absolutely charming flower arrangement sent to us by Chewy; the order was fulfilled and delivered by Fruit & Flower Creation. I loved the combination of fresh flowers, the colors used, and the fact that its sweet, spicy fragrance was lent by the small pink carnations. The coppery colored roses, along with the rest of the flowers and ferns worked so well in the bluish green mason-type jar. Couldn't have been a more touching tribute to Missy, our dear 24 year old cat who is no longer with us. I appreciated that the person making the delivery knocked at the door to let me know a wonderful surprise awaited!
