Will I return? Absolutely, and I'm already planning my next...

I had a few shirts done here. My club name down the sleeves. So when I picked up the shirts only the name was down one sleeve. I asked why it's wasn't on both sleeve. The young ladies work there said I said one sleeve I bought in a shirt to let them see how it is done with both sleeves. They are not very professional Common Sense would tell you a motorcycle club don't put a name down one sleeve. So I ask what can they do about it. Guess what they wanted to charge me the same price for the other sleeve since it was a verbal misunderstanding. I said no way, i could have got it done less then that at another place. So it was a argument and I was put out. The man there was very rude. I am disputing it with my bank and hope something can be done about it and also I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I feel as much money I spent they could have said half of price for the sleeve since they thought it was one sleeve.now I have to find a place who can match the other sleeve. Very Very unhappy..... Never recommend this place! No your response is a lie I never said it .at first I wouldn't let you take the shirts. You just trying to make your self look good. I paid you I didn't have a problem until you mess up. And wanted to charge more for your mistake. I wouldn't come back anyway to take more...

I love this place. Everyone I spoke with during the process of having my vehicle magnets made were extremely polite and helpful. Not only was I able to use my own self made logos and design but they actually touched it up and made them digital quality. The magnets themselves are as equally impressive. I've paid as much as $130 for a set of magnets online only to get them and the wording be blurred or the pixels be off. They are also at least a third thicker than the magnets I bought online as well. It's very nice to do business with a company who values my business as much as I value my own customers.
