This is where I go to get all my juice and accessories. I used to be a huge Customs fan since literally the beginning when they were at the old location and I had my old stick mod. They were always straight to business and not very helpful at all even after YEARS of going there and the environment doesn't feel very inviting. The workers seem miserable and it's almost impossible to have a decent conversation with them unless you're buying something. Oh let me tell you, the Clerk's guy will be your best friend if you wip out that cash. My last and final purchase at Customs was when I bought the Smok T-Priv 3 and Smok Prince tank combo for 109.99. He sold me the used display mod inside the counter for FULL retail price and it has been defective since day 1. Coincidentally, as he was bagging it all up, he was talking about people refunding mods. He went into details on the warranty and talked about past returns with other customers. The mod would randomly turn up to 300watts when I hit the fire button and would literally burn all my coils. Those are not cheap.. Customs juice price is high and they have been out for all these years but 100ml is still their biggest House blend bottle they sell. Seems to me like they don't want to sell bigger bottles because they are making enough money making people buy multiple 100ml bottles, since you don't get much of a deal with a 100ml. Big times juice selection is huge compared to Customs'. They will even let you try before Buy and at Customs you get what they make and if you don't like it then it will take an act of God to do anything about it. Big times has an amazing reward point system and this caught my interest right away. For every dollar you spend you get a point and can spend these points to get free items mods, coils, juice etc. Big Time Vapes is amazing and if you haven't been here you should consider looking into it or reconsider going back if you haven't been there in a long time. I went to Big Time Vapes to try them out a few years ago and it was nothing compared to what it is now. The change in the environment and energy is night and day. Unfortunately have to change this review because the staff (mainly the manager) does not know or care to follow up on promises. We had asked them if they could order a couple different mods as we couldn't find them online unless we were a vendor. They stated they would check into it for us and give us a call back. A week went by so we called for an update as we really was wanting to buy a mod ASAP. The manager stated she had been having some personal family issues but would get to it soon and call back.

In the meantime we had started buying some of thier CBD flower by the ounce and was curious to see if they would do a special price for it as they had for some other amounts. They once again said they would get back to us. It's now been 6 months. The last straw was when we wanted to buy a couple grams @ sale price but they said it all had to be the same strain to get the sale price.

Btw the staff is not very knowledgeable on the products they offer whether it be CBD flower or mods. When we 1st went to the store they had no idea what we were looking for even doe they sold the brand we were looking for. We had to speak to 3 different ppl before someone had a hint of knowledge. Another instance we asked which strains were Sativa and they insisted that all the flower were hybrids so they all had Sativa. While this is generally true all hybrids are either sativa or indica dominant. Which of course they had no clue on the specifics. They also didn't know which had the highest amount of CBD either. Sure the bags they put the flower in has that information but it's so small and blurred they themselves cannot even read it. We had to use a magnifying glass and our phones to make it clear. Any place selling specific products especially medicinal ones should be more knowledgeable than "yup we sell that".

While it was nice to be able to buy locally, we have taken our business elsewhere and it's been more convenient not just because it's not overpriced as this store is but they also deliver straight to our doorstep plus have amazing customer service. Staff was pretty friendly the few times I've been in there but, Buyer Beware! While I agree everyone has to make a living, this place has some absolutely obscene price mark ups. Please, please if you're new to Vaping in general, don't think you can't afford it (or that these prices are normal). Research, look online, price around. This place is charging nearly double what their (near Walmart) competitor is and nearly 4x online pricing. For instance: They're currently charging almost $40 for a 5 Pack of Smok TFV4 Coils when they're $11.50 all day every day on MtBaker. I made a terrible mistake purchasing here and regret it terribly. They also don't offer any refunds of any kind (not their fault, FDA tobacco classifications) so be CAREFUL when you buy here.
