What in the heck this supposed to be? All 3 were like this. There was no line, they were all in there clowning from what it sounded like and I'm all for having a good time but not if it prevents them from providing what i pay for. Like this taco is pathetic. I would just normally be meh about it but I'm actually super peeved that I paid EXTRA money for a Supreme so that provided me with maybe 3 shredded pieces of lettuce o cheese but may 2 tiny pieces and 4 diced up pieces of tomatoes.
There was plenty of folks in there working tonight. The parking lot had like 6-7 cars in it and it was almost 11. No line. No folks sitting on the inside eating.
I give yall 2 stars tho only because the sweet gal at the drive thru window was very lovely and was on point doing HER job. She was the only saving grace & why I didn't turn back around when I opened my food up and saw how pitiful it was...that & let's be real. I'm not trying to have no one remake my food and them being petty over fixing their mess up & I can't see what they're doing to my food so they throw in a dash of disgusting whatever. So yall do better. I'm glad yall have an atmosphere where yall all get along and Crack jokes and etc but ain't any reason for this esp when someone who busts their butt all afternoon till late at night on their feet and just wants to finally get to eat dinner & this is what their hard-earned money gets them.

So after I bit I pulled up to the window, the girl tried to give me the person behind me order. I stated that they never took my order, she stated well you will have to go back through the line. I said no mam, I have waited 20 mins and you tell me that because a machine didn’t take my order I have to go back through. I have been waiting longer than all the people behind me. She goes and gets the manager, the manager states the same thing. I told her that I won’t be getting back in line that I was waiting right here til I got my food, all the other people behind me was going to get mad. They close the window and next thing I know, the cops pulled up. This manager, if that is what you call her, called the cops because I wouldn’t move until she gave me my food. Yes, I know, but I should still get what I ordered. The box combos came with nacho cheese sauce and chips, but they were out of chips, so they gave me extra cinnamon twists instead - which I didn't discover untillater. To dip in Nacho cheese? No, thank you. I went back the next day - only asking for a refund on the 12 tacos - and was told that on an order of that size, I would have to bring the food back. That policy is not posted anywhere. I live quite a distance away. So the manager on duty told me she would have to check with the store manager and that she would call me later that evening.
