Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Picayune

Made an online order at 2:42 for a pickup at 3:15, didn't walk out with food until 3:48. Walked in at 3:14 and the lady at counter didn't have a clue about my order. She checked the receipt machine with 10+ receipts long and says "oh here it is, it just came in". She tells the people getting orders together that mine needs to be rushed. I watch all the 10 other people waiting inside before I get there food and 3 people after me get their food. After I asked for the 3rd time what was taking so long, she says my chicken is just coming out at 3:40. They had 50+ pieces of chicken already made sitting there. The 9 or so workers didn't seem to have a care in the world and or in a rush about anything. Only 1 star is worth the very nice lady at the counter trying to help. They need to get up to speed with online orders. The purpose of online/app orders is to avoid waiting. Very impatient people like me use the service so I'm not yelling and complaining to you for 33 minutes about my food that was ordered 40+...

The staff is ridiculous. They charged me for 16 piece chicken tenders, refused to honor the coupon for 14 tenders & they take my money and then turn around and say there’s no mild tenders. They literally tried to force us to purchase it anyway but spicy. As much as i like spicy, my kids don’t. This was $100 worth of food && they were refusing to give us a refund. Then suddenly they found 12 pieces of tenders and tried to convince us to purchase those and give us a partial refill. Bruh. We just want our money back, not some chicken you found in a back freezer. “This a lot I gotta explain are you sure you want a refund” like yes baby. We are sure. I don’t care why you have to explain the refund to your upper. I don’t care. You don’t take $100 & then turn around && say you don’t have it. Order takers are rude and disrespectful. They speak to you as if you are less than. They are bothered when you ask for specific things as if it were a huge inconvenience. The cashier window is a plethora of bodies milling around seemingly doing nothing while talking amongst themselves and doing nothing to complete anyone's order. Paying for your order is an interruption to their personal time and thus they take offense. Your order is shoved at you and any questions asked about your order are ignored as they close the window on your face. Of course I check my order because it's always wrong and when I look at them until they open the window for me to tell them what was wrong, I have to wait a monumental amount of time because of their excelling at ignoring their customers. Any corrections needed to be made are made while expressing the huge inconvenience of them being expected to actually do their job. This place is...
