Store always looks great with all merchandise front and faced as well as price correctly. Jason the Store manager I believe is always on the floor working just like the rest of his employees. Been in management all my life and it's very important to walk your store and knowing your people some with certain strong points keep them placed in there best attributes. And always have employees with weak points and keep them placed working away from those areas. Customer Service is great .Now the Redhead girl don't know her name but , country accent? Does an amazing job or running the front end. She's very smart and great dele with her cashiers. Anyway the worse store I quit going to is the Slidell location. Read moreFirst time at a Harbor Freight. - Went in to price shop for a generator. I don't speak fluent generator..(watts, Amps, voltage, etc.) I was helped by the manager David. That man spoke fluent generator and could definitely translate it for me. He did not try to "upsell" anything. He was honest and did not speak over my head with technical jargon. He suggested some accessories even pointed out some nice to haves but said I could do without them. Great customer service. Their return policy is good. 90 return on anything in the store. So bought a Predator 3500 generator. While another associate Sky, was helping me get the generator I asked him some questions relating to fuel, fuel stabilizers etc. he answered the questions that I had, one of the questions relating to purchasing another item, he flat out told me he didn't know. Now usually that's not a good sign that a salesman doesn't know their product, but the fact that he said he didn't know and wouldn't try to sell me on anything he wasn't sure about is a great sign.
