Amazing and fast customer service. I placed an order the night before on their website for a funeral the next morning. I was worried that it would not get there in time because there was only an hour and a half from their shop opening hours to the time of the service. When I called they were able to put something together and deliver it on time, only for it to turn out my original order was already filled. I was shocked they were able to fill the order so quickly when my experience with other florist and websites such as weather flowers and 1800flowers has not been so.
