I would've given 5 stars based solely on the customer service. If Google had 6 stars - I would give it based on service after pickup. Anyone with RV experience understands that RVs have issues - period. The RV we rented had a common generator issue at a terrible time. The promptness, professionalism and knowledge in addressing the issue went above and beyond what I would've ever expected. Our evening was saved without a hitch. This is about my 6th year using Gulf Coast Campers. I have had excellent service from them. One summer we had a bad rain storm and rain was coming in the roof of the camper on the bedroom side. They came out immediately and took care of the problem. They are very caring and appreciative of the business they get. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again this year for my summer camping. Love the fact that they come out set everything up, camper is always clean. Then they come and pick it up.
