Weigel's — Local services in Pigeon Forge

Caitlyn (I hope I said the name right she is a African American lady) I went in today ( Monday April 14th 2025) she was so very pleasant and I enjoyed speaking to her. I have long nails and although almost every person I engage a conversation with will say something about my nails. She mentioned how pretty they were and that her deceased mother has long nails. And she was so proud and eager to show me a picture of her mother. Yes there were 2 lines and probably 4 to 5 people in each line. But she still engaged in a great conversation with me. I will continue to go back there and make the drive from Gatlinburg to do so. I also saw a familiar face as I was walking away from the counter, his name is Scott and I know him from a previous gas station. He is a really sweet old man and I told him and Caitlyn as well that Weigela was lucky to have him as a cashier as stated I know him from a previous gas station and he is just so friendly and polite and loves to engage with his customers. Hats off to the store Manager and her staff at the Wears Valley Road store, I came inside the store and got a few food items from the grill inside and sat in there setting area to eat them and got up and left without my purse,I had gone all the way down to Cades Cove when I realized that I did not have it. I was hours away and was so scared it was gone forever, until I finally got to where I had cell phone service which was a total of about 4 hrs lost.I called the Weigels store where I had remembered I was last, and the staff member said that they had it at the register,I was so happy and mad at myself for forgetting it in the first place,but it is nice to know there are still good people out there that still do the right thing ,thank God to Kayla the store Manager that found my purse that day and her staff they are so awesome .I will never ever forget them.They go beyond the service for their...

What a difference leadership has made with this store! In the last few months I’ve seen such a drastic change and I believe it’s due to the new management of Granvul and his “can do” attitude. Staff is friendly, they talk to customers and everyone seems happy. It was not like this six months ago. The food is amazing…probably one of the best pizzas in town…and always fresh.
