The Flower Box — Local services in Pine City

It was three weeks till our wedding, and I thought I would give my love a rose in recognition of the day. There's only one flower shop in town, so that's where I went. The first thing I heard when I walked in the door was, "Ok, shut the door." I stopped and stared stupidly at the door with my bleary morning eyes, and reached out to close it. I discovered that there was no closer on the door, and also it jammed into the carpet as it opened. Not exactly a professional setup. Around that time I noticed a creature at my feet which I took to be a hairless cat. At least I knew why she wanted the door closed. I went on in and ordered the rose. I didn't have any cash, so I pulled out my card. She said, "You're using a card? It's only $4.50." I told her that I didn't have any cash, so she added a $.33 fee. In summary, I got a rose, so that was good. However, I left with a distinct feeling that I wasn't wanted. None of the incidentals would have really mattered if the lady had been moderately empathetic. In the future I will gladly spend time and gas trying to find a florist who doesn't mind...

Not understanding why the girl seemed so upset when we are trying to pick flowers for prom.. everything seemed to irritate her even us touching the cat that was sitting on the counter..and the phone ringing.. the cat was way nicer than her.. got enough thru the order and when I simply asked about last minute changes and what if we don't like it when we pick up our order she said she would have to start oover, but will not send us a photo before pickup. So we are paying 90.00 for a wrist corsage and boutineer, we should like what we pay for, We'll see when we get our order.. but a serious attitude adjustment is due. Until then this...
